About Rijtheorie Hub
Rijtheorie Hub is a study app for the Dutch CBR car theory exam (category B). This page explains who makes it, where the content comes from and how to reach us.
Who makes the app
Rijtheorie Hub is made by its founder, Mustafa Aybek. He builds the app and this website. You can find him on LinkedIn.
Why
The idea: learn the theory in your own language. That is why the questions, explanations, theory guide and road signs in the app are available in 12 languages: Nederlands, English, Türkçe, Polski, العربية, Українська, Español, Русский, Português, فارسی, 简体中文 and Română.
How the content is made and checked
The questions, explanations and theory guide are written from the law: the Dutch traffic rules and signs regulations (Reglement verkeersregels en verkeerstekens 1990, RVV 1990), the Road Traffic Act (Wegenverkeerswet) and annex 1 of the RVV 1990, which lists all road signs. Facts about the exam itself come from cbr.nl. Every question and every section names its source, so you can check it yourself.
On 11 October 2026 the content went through a legal fact-check: doubtful points were compared with the text of the law, and the errors found were corrected in all 12 languages.
Independent of the CBR
Rijtheorie Hub is independent and not affiliated with the CBR. Official information about the exam is on cbr.nl.
Company details
